Arguably one of the most successful recent launches in the Canyons, the LIFT Park City team is proud to announce that 70% of all reservations have converted to firm contracts and the team is eager for construction to begin! A couple of early reservation holders, for personal or financial reasons could not complete our deposit requirements. As a result, the following 3 residences were released by the developer yesterday on a first come first serve basis. Two have already gone under contract in just 24 hours! Residence 401, a 4 bedroom, 5 Bathroom residence on the 4th floor facing the pool and the ski slope / mountain that is still available for sale is one of my favorite picks in the entire building.
