Each neighborhood differs significantly in terms of price, home type, features and amenities.

The Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Predictions: Expect additional new developments to come to market in the 2017/2018 time frame in the Jordanelle, Heber and Canyons areas.  Inventory will remain low in many areas, particularly in the Park City Proper residential neighborhoods.  While we expect mortgage rates to continue to rise mildly, we do not see this trend influencing buyer demand significantly.  Overall compared to this time last year, across the Wasatch Back, the market is seeing stability in total number of properties sold, as well as in average and median sales price.  Call me for further details and guidance navigating our complex real estate market.
