TIMELINE FOR RESERVATIONS
We are excited to announce that we began accepting Reservations and Early Interest Lists with a fully refundable deposit at YOTELPAD Park City on Monday February 26th.
The Reservation Agreement & Early Interest List are available on the YOTELPAD website.
Friday, March 16th - Close for Reservations and Deposits by 5:00 PM MST. Reservations and Deposits must be in by this time to be included in the Selection Event lottery.
Monday, March 19th - PAD specific pricing available. Wednesday, March 28th - Selection Event via open lottery. Detailed information on the lottery process will be released as we get closer to the event.
June (exact date TBD) - Reservations will convert to contracts at which time the $10,000 reservation deposit becomes hard and your 20% deposit will be due.
DEPOSIT INFORMATION
Monday, February 26th - Park City Title will begin accepting reservation deposits until 5:00PM (MST) on March 16th.
Reservations can either be mailed to Park City Title (1670 Bonanza Drive #105, Park City, UT 84060) or send via wire.
Please call Park City Title directly at 435.649.8322 for wiring instructions. Reservation Deposits will be fully refundable up until reservations are converted to contracts.
