Negar and her family relocated to Park City in the summer of 2013. “We fell in love with the Park City lifestyle, the breathtaking surroundings and knew it was an ideal place to raise our kids.” As the lead agent at Enclave at Sun Canyon, Negar was instrumental in the successful sale of this community of 23 luxury contemporary single family residences and town homes known for its unique architecture. In 2017 Negar joined a three person sales team that successfully launched and sold LIFT Park City, 61 Ski-In Ski-Out and apres Ski Luxury condominiums in the heart of the Canyons Village in just six months. Negar was also instrumental in the launch and sale of close to 70% of the YOTELPAD Park City an innovative project of micro-residences with convertible furniture in the heart of the Canyons Village. Since launching her career as a luxury real estate consultant in Park City, Negar has become at top 1% producer at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Utah Properties, with a sales volume of $50 million in 2017-2018, $58 million in 2019 and $75 million in 2020. She has established herself as a seasoned, personable, and adept expert in both the Park City luxury new home development and resale market and successfully represented buyer sand sellers from across the country.
