April 2020 Park City Real Estate Market SnapshotThe weather in Park City is getting warmer, spring is definitely here and with Summit County lifting the stay at home order on May 1st, our local businesses are starting the processes of re-opening, while conforming with the new health guidelines. As we prepare for the summer, our local community continues to take advantage of all the open space, enjoying the endless hiking and biking trails and outdoor activities our beautiful mountain town has to offer.

Summit County New Stay at Home Guidelines May 1st

Summit County, Utah (April 30, 2020) — Effective at 12:01 a.m. Friday, May 1, Summit County officials will lift the current Stay At Home Order and the new Joint Public Health Order, 2020-05 (the Order), will go into effect. This new Order transitions Summit County to the Stabilization Phase of the COVID-19 response and lowers the current risk level in the county to Moderate.

Vail Epic Pass 2020/2021 Season

Given the unexpected and disappointing ending to the 2019 - 2020 ski season, Vail Resorts has announced updates to its season pass program for the 2020/2021 North American ski season, which includes providing credits to 2019/2020 season pass holders whose season was cut short by concerns over COVID-19. Season pass holders from last season are being offered credits, of up to 80%, to put towards a pass for next season. Pass holders will received a personalized email with the credit information by May 13th 2020.  Given that most people will need extra time to make any winter plans, the credit will be available through Monday September 7th, 2020.
