Outlined in the plan include key changes to season pass use, ticket sales, ski school, dining, lift operations, and a mandate that guests wear face coverings on the mountain and in all parts of resort operations, including in lift lines and riding in lifts and gondolas. To maintain physical distancing on the chairlift's and gondoliers, Vail will only be seating related parties (guests skiing and riding together) or

The state of the greater Park City Real Estate market continues to be very strong post Covid. Summit County guidelines remain in the "Yellow" phase with most restaurants and businesses open with strict guidelines (including mandatory masks throughout Summit County) and the ski resorts open for outdoor summer activities with restrictions.  Most buyers I have been working with for the past ten weeks are individuals who know our area well, have rented here before and are finally ready to pull the trigger in order to enjoy the myriad of outdoor activities and thousands of miles of trails and outdoor space our beautiful town has to offer.  Given the high demand and relatively limited inventory levels, it is an excellent time to be a seller, but as a buyer, you

April 2020 Park City Real Estate Market SnapshotThe weather in Park City is getting warmer, spring is definitely here and with Summit County lifting the stay at home order on May 1st, our local businesses are starting the processes of re-opening, while conforming with the new health guidelines. As we prepare for the summer, our local community continues to take advantage of all the open space, enjoying the endless hiking and biking trails and outdoor activities our beautiful mountain town has to offer.

As for the Park City Real Estate market in what has been an uncertain time to say the least - rather than rely on gut feelings and assumptions based on anecdotal stories, we are of the school of thought that opinions are best formed based on verified and unbiased statistics and real numbers

Vail Epic Pass 2020/2021 Season

Given the unexpected and disappointing ending to the 2019 - 2020 ski season, Vail Resorts has announced updates to its season pass program for the 2020/2021 North American ski season, which includes providing credits to 2019/2020 season pass holders whose season was cut short by concerns over COVID-19. Season pass holders from last season are being offered credits, of up to 80%, to put towards a pass for next season. Pass holders will received a personalized email with the credit information by May 13th 2020.  Given that most people will need extra time to make any winter plans, the credit will be available through Monday September 7th, 2020.

According to the National Association of Realtors (NAR),the IRS issued guidance Thursday evening to grant deadline relief for both 1031 like-kind exchanges and opportunity zone investments that are already underway.
