1062 Park Avenue Park City Utah

Thrilled to have had the opportunity to represent the sellers of this beautifully appointed, new construction home in Old Town located just a minute from Main Street and Town Lift (in collaboration with Stefanie Wilcox of BHHS).  High-end, organic finishes throughout, multiple living spaces on just two levels (a rarity in old town), heated wide planked wood flooring, wall to ceiling windows, a gourmet chef's kitchen with separate pantry and a one of the largest back yard living spaces in old town with hot tub and fire pit were just a few of the selling points of this unique contemporary residence!  We are proud to have established a new comp in the lower part of Old town.  Thank you Stefanie for another successful collaboration!
